What Are PDO Threads?

V Soft™ PDO Threads are sterile single-use polydioxanone sutures in cannulas. They are non-permanent threads that come in two varieties; smooth and cogged. Smooth threads are placed in a grid-like pattern to tighten skin, while cogged threads are used to form supports that give your skin an extra lift. Both threads feature stainless steel cannula and diamond-cut tips to ensure precision and long-lasting results. 

Is This Treatment Right for Me?

Polydioxanone sutures have been used for almost 30 years in orthopedic surgery, plastic surgery, and ophthalmology. They have a high safety profile, are absorbed completely, and cause minimal tissue reaction during use. This makes them suited for safely lifting and smoothing most sagging skin.
